Shipping Policy

When placing your order, you may choose between having it delivered to your specified address

Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours, after which your order will delivered to your designated address.

For Express Delivery, successfully placed orders are verified and delivered to your designated address within 4 hours

We only deliver within the vicinity of NCR.

Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer

Delivery is FREE of charge for orders amounting to Php 2,500.00 or higher

We charge fixed shipping rates for orders below Php 2,500.00.

We charge a special fee of Php 499 for bulky items (8 kilograms or above in actual or dimensional weight), regardless of order amount. If a product is considered a bulky item, this will be indicated in the product details page.

Delivery fees are included in your basket summary. You may check them before you confirm and place any order.

We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistics partners’ delivery zones.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Our logistics partner will also get in touch with you via SMS when your package is about to be delivered.

In case you will not be able to personally receive your order, please make sure to prepare an authorization letter and proof of your and your authorized person’s identity (e.g. any government-issued ID). Please check whether all of your ordered items are delivered against the delivery note, and then sign on the delivery note to acknowledge receipt and acceptance before returning it to our logistics partner. You can log in to your account to check your order status any time.

You can now track your order in two ways, you may opt to click Track My Order on the uppermost menu on the Web or click Order History either on Web just make sure you are logged in to your account. Select Order No and you will find the latest status of your order from Received, Packing, Shipping and Delivered. Return & Exchange Policy

For any discrepancy of products delivered or for any other valid reason as defined in this policy, you may request for return and refund via our online request form or Live Chat/Messaging on the website.

You may return items within one (1) week upon receiving it.

Request may be made for the following reasons:

If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
-
If the product is near expiry or expired; or
-
If the product delivered is incorrect or different from the order placed, or different from how it is described on the website.

Receipt should be included upon returning the product

Product is non-refundable but we can change the item

Return requests will be processed within 2 to 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after the complete set of supporting documents is received by Medicour.Co.

Upon the approval, the Customer will be notified of the scheduled of the product pick-up.

Product pick-up schedule will depend on the location of the Customer.

Item(s) must be returned in its original and complete condition, unused, as of the time received from Watsons. Items purchased as a set must also be returned as a set. Customer must likewise enclose together with the product all gift items (if any), and proof of its purchase.

Returned items will then go through quality evaluation for next 48 hours upon receipt of the items. Certain products may require a longer quality evaluation period.

A notification will be sent to the Customer once the return and refund request has been approved.
